Reiki with the sound of Tuning forks relaxes, restores, and balances the energy centres of the body. The gentle vibrations and sound of the Tuning forks treat stress and anxiety, insomnia and quiet the mind.

This therapy is done the same as a Reiki session.

Terms & Conditions for Reiki, Sound Therapy & Clinical Hypnotherapy Services Last updated: 15 March 2026 1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Lotus Radiance including Reiki, Sound Therapy (including tuning fork work, Cymafusion ,Crystals), and Clinical Hypnotherapy. By booking a session, programme, or package, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Nature of Services 2.1 Complementary Therapies Reiki, sound therapy, crystals, and clinical hypnotherapy are holistic, complementary therapies designed to support emotional wellbeing, relaxation, mindset, stress management and general wellness. They do not replace medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. 2.2 Scope of Practice Sessions are provided within the professional boundaries described in industry guidelines and insurance documentation which outlines the importance of fair presentation, duty of care, and professional compliance). As a Practitioner I do not: • Diagnose medical conditions • Prescribe medication • Offer medical, legal, or financial advice Clients must continue with any current healthcare or medical treatment as recommended by their licensed healthcare providers.
3. Client Responsibilities 3.1 Honest Disclosure Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding health, wellbeing, and relevant medical history. Insurance-based guidance emphasises the need for full, fair disclosure of information that may impact services or risk level. 3.2 Fitness for Treatment It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are physically and mentally fit for treatment. If unsure, clients should consult a GP or healthcare provider before booking. 3.3 Commitment to the Process For services involving multiple sessions (e.g., a 3-session programme), the client agrees to attend scheduled appointments and actively participate in the therapeutic process.
4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations 4.1 Payments All payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. 4.2 Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance, may be charged at the full session rate. 4.3 Packages & Programmes Multi-session packages (e.g., a 3-session programme) must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions are non-refundable. 4.4 Rescheduling You may reschedule an appointment once without charge if more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection 5.1 Confidentiality All client information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential unless: • Required by law • There is a safeguarding concern • There is immediate risk to yourself or others 5.2 Data Protection All personal information is stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR guidelines.
6. Session Expectations 6.1 What Happens During a Session Clients may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, or energetic shifts. Responses vary and cannot be predicted or guaranteed. Reiki, sound therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy are collaborative processes and results vary from person to person. 6.2 Online Sessions (where applicable) Clients must ensure: • A quiet, private environment • Stable internet connection • Safe seating or lying-down space
7. Health & Safety 7.1 Contraindications Certain conditions may require GP approval before receiving treatment. These include (but are not limited to): • Epilepsy • Severe mental health disorders • Heart conditions • Recent surgery 7.2 Alcohol & Substance Use Clients must not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If this occurs, the session may be refused and charged at full price.
8. Liability & Insurance The practice is insured under policies that require clear disclosure of material circumstances and compliance with professional standards. I accept no liability for: • Any pre-existing medical conditions • Client decisions based on session outcomes • Changes in wellbeing outside the practitioner’s control Clients are responsible for their own health, wellbeing, and decision-making.
9. Right to Refuse Service Services may be refused if: • The practitioner feels the treatment is not suitable • The client behaves inappropriately • The client breaches safety or ethical guidelines
10. Complaints Procedure If you have concerns or wish to make a complaint, please contact Lotus Radiance in writing. You will receive a response within 14 days.
11. Amendments These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
